Commodore Lista told the 109th CGAS that he would
integrate the SARTAG to the Search and Rescue Center of

Subject: Re: Clarification about the People's Choice
Award
Mr. Chan,
Our apologies for the
delayed reply. I had to take this up with the Organizing
Committee, and it was decided to award you the People's
Choice for Government, as "co-winner" of the
Provincial Government of Bohol. We apologize for the
oversight, as indeed we released the earlier press
statement as you mentioned, but made a decision a few
days before the awards night that it makes more sense
that the winner of the Most Popular Site of the Year
ought to win also in its category. Unfortunately, we were
not able to send a press release on this matter. And so,
we will give a plaque to award the People's Choice to you
and release a press statement announcing the same. It is
of course unfortunate that we can't go back to the awards
night to do this more formally. Again, our apologies and
our gratitude for bringing this up.
Sincerely,
Heinz Bulos
Awards Committee
